Great shape and paint on toes. Always very friendly and they have a great choice of colours. Nice decor and they play films for people to watch when you are getting your treatments done, so waiting for your nails to dry is a nice experience!

The receptionist is incredibly rude when I tried to rebook my appointment on the phone with them. I was told when I was at salon that if I come back within two weeks then removal for gel would be free. When I rebook again, the receptionist didn't honour this and basically wanted to charge 8 pound for removal for gel which was done two weeks ago at their salon. She didn't care at all when I complained and was told to go elsewhere. Really bad customer service and attitude

The treatment was fast but efficient. Unfortunately the salon has a policy of Charing 1.5 for card payment in the salon. The charge seems high comparing to other salons in the area. I will go back and pay cash or through treat well
