This was the first time I've had my nails done and I was very impressed with the outcome. The staff members seemed very experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. I wasn't talked to much throughout the 45 minutes, the two staff members talked between themselves and at times I was slightly confused as I wasn't talked through the process or what was happening. As a first timer, I would have liked a little more guidance, but having said that the outcome was spot on. I would return!

So, when I got there and sat down the lady who did the Parafin wax treatment on my feet looked like she hadnt ever done it on feet before. Fair enough, she was polite and all was fine. I opted to pay for a pedicure at the same time. While she was holding one of my feet, I could feel her nail digging in to my toe (this was because she was trying to rub off my hard skin) It did hurt but I didnt mind as I know she was just being vigourous to help get rid of the dead skin.
It then became apparent that a chunk of my skin had come off- leaving a deep sore from where she was digging in my foot. She then informed me that i have a cut on my foot. It kind of ruined the pedi as the lovely polish was offset by a deep sore on my big toe. I can completely forgive an accident, but she then said infront of another staff member that this was 'already there' on my foot when it blatently wasnt. I was finally offered a plaster and as good customer service I expected to be offered a comp treatment/discount for the problem - but nothing. It made me leave feeling like I wasted money on a pedi when i preferred my non cut up foot to begin with. It's a shame as I liked everything else about the place and the people. They need to look at customer service.

LOVE Tip to Toe! I have been having shellac here every 2-3 weeks for sometime now and each visit is a delight. Lovely clean, bright and stylish salon with great nail technicians who do a perfect job every time. Great choice of brands and colours with new ones introduced on a regular basis so get to try new colours all the time. My shellac sometimes lasts over 3 weeks and if I've every had a chip they are more than happy to do a quick fix. Amazing value compared to other salons - couldn't recommend highly enough.

I had a quick gel nail removal service. The place was very busy and friendly. The chairs were very comfortable and my beautician was great, did a fab job.

Had the shellac removal deal. All fine and done very speedily and efficiently. Given a mag to read while waiting which is always good plus appreciated the manicurist checking what shape I wanted my nails filed into.
