I really don't like posting bad reviews but this place was a nightmare. Whilst the salon itself is pristine, modern and very glamorous, the staff leave a lot to be desired. An ability to communicate with the client is key in beauty therapy, and it was plainly obvious that the staff only communicate with each other-in rather shrill tones. My therapist was clearly disinterested and was constantly distracted by answering the phone, or chatting loudly to her colleagues. The few questions she asked me were unintelligible and that in itself was profoundly irritating. I had a rather perfunctory foot scrub which was not at all well done. Adding insult to injury was being told that any credit or debit card transaction invokes a fee of £1.50 ??? What planet are these people on??! By the end of the 45 minute session my therapist had lost interest totally in me and another client, both of us were left in a drying-area looking bemused at each other. In the end I simply collected my things and left. None of the staff acknowledged me or the other client who was left sitting there. Really, really poor and not at all what I expect from a salon in a busy part of Clapham! There is too much competition out there to allow staff behave like this towards their clients. Time to rethink, Tip -to-Toe Nail bar, and fast.

Very clean and nice salon, the staff is very professional. I would definitely go back. The Shellac take off was not included in my voucher, I add to pay £8 more.

Very helpful staff. For some reason the Wahanda booking had not been received, so I had to speak quickly to manager. It was quickly resolved.

I have been going to these guys for over a year now and i must say would never go anywhere else. super clean and such a cute salon. the girls always do a fab job.
