The manicure was alright, but I wasn't impressed with the staff at all. The beautician who was supposed to do my mani first tried to postpone the appointment (there had just been a blackout in the aera and there was no electricity when I arrived, but there was enough natural light and it was a normal manicure so I asked if she could please do it anyway; by the time I sit down, the power was back anyway), then she even snorted at me and asked her colleague to cover for her. The latter didn't say a word or smile once so... Well, considering that prices are higher than in Clapham Junction, I believe they could make an effort at least to offer a better customer service.

Lovely salon and staff. The gel manicure & classic pedicure were flawless and huge selection of colours for both.
