I feel the standards are really going down. Every time I go it’s a little bit less clean and the ladies not as friendly. I walked in and they were too busy looking at their phones to welcome new arrivals. The pedicure was rushed even if there were only 2 other people in the entire salon. It used to be a great experience, maybe you should stop opening new salons and focus on training your staff better? I hope it can go back to being a special place.
