A bit cheeky asking ppl to pay £2.50 for your own nail file to ‘avoid cross contamination’ but they didn’t advise anyone to bring one when you book your appointment.
Plus most of staff were not wearing masks properly/ over nose & not once did I see anyone disinfect an area after it was finished with.

Felt a bit rushed today and some customers weren’t wearing a mask. I wish the salon provided some for them. But the ladies are always super nice. It was good overall.

The shellac of my thumb came off the day after, and I could see the white part of my nail through the shellac.
The rest of the nails were okay.

The staff were very friendly, took great care in their work and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Great ambiance as well!
