I was not happy with my experience. The first nail technician applied bubble nail polish, which I did not like. When I expressed my concern, the staff were rude instead of being understanding.
Another technician redid my nails a second time, and she did a great job. I was happy with the final result thanks to her.
However, my overall impression is that some of the staff were quite rude, and that made the experience disappointing.
