I didn’t like how they took my nails off (using an electric file rather than clipping) and you could smell the burning nails / it was also uncomfortable. Overall I was still pleased with my nails, just felt a little rushed. And I was also placed up on the toes bit and resting on my knees, rather than a proper table. I’d still go back, as I believe it’s good value for money and you get what you pay for
