The treatment I had requested was a luxury manicure but what I got was a very basic manicure. The venue was extremely busy with quite loud music. Before I’d even had my nails dried I was moved from my seat to sit at one of the pedicure chairs with the drier perched on my lap. Staff talk to each other but not to you do not very friendly atmosphere. There was no proper massaging of my hands which to me is the main difference between a basic and luxury manicure, a blob of cream is not luxury
