I booked a 40 minute luxury manicure. The entire thing lasted just over 10 minutes. It was more like a polish change. When I asked I was told 20 minutes was allowed for drying time. The difference between luxury and regular is a little bit of moisturiser on the hands. Limited cuticle work, done by a machine, no cuticle oil, and worse the utensils were not cleaned after me, just plopped back on a pot, I have no faith they were cleaned before me either - yuck. The table was covered in dusty skin!
