I come here so much to get my nails done and I'm always so so happy with the result! But this time I came with my friend who didn't have an appointment and she had to wait over an hour for the appointment when she was told it would be a 10/15 minute wait. Then when she sat down and was halfway through having her nails done, another lady came in who had an appointment, and my friend was told to stand up, move and wait. This was pretty disappointing, we ended up being there for almost 2 hours.

The worse manicure and pedicure I’ve ever received.
The varnish on my hands chipped off after only a day. The whole thing came off within a couple more. The nailed were shaped irregularly from one another and my toe was cut.
Will go back for the wax but certainly not for the nails.
