No consultation to discuss what’s suitable for my skin. For half an hour just exfoliated my face and washed then I requested a steam and black heads to be removed, she got angry and then did the treatment but very painful and harsh added stress on me. Now I am left with a red pigmentation and scars. I called the salon and they offered me a mask as a gift when I go for my next treatment but I need my skin to be fixed and would like to be offered a high frequency to fix this issue.
