I had such a bad experience here getting a shellac manicure. The lady rushed through the treatment as fast as possible and she didn’t do a very good job, overall finish is pretty messy so it’s an huge rip off as it’s not the cheapest place. You are better off going to other salons in the area that charge £25 and they would do a better job. Also when I complained to the receptionist she was so rude, please avoid this place if you can!

Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
I had a full body massage and I did not have a very good experience. The pressure was way too strong. The therapist massaged the biceps so hard and for so long that I even had bruises on this part of the body the day after. I would recommend the therapist to be smoother. I would also recommend her to create a better relaxing atmosphere, for instance avoid turning on the light straight after the massage is over.

I’m pleased overall but the fact that the lady didn’t use gloves while she was cleaning my face really didn’t appreciate it. Her excuse was that she can’t squeeze properly but I have done so many times facials, they are always using gloves.It didn’t feel professional .
