Main manager was lovely as always but lady doing my nails was completely unwelcoming, and had unnecessary attitude from the very start, making me feel super uncomfortable. She did a very rushed job on my nails, leaving me with a pretty poor set given the price.

Staff can be rude. Place is overcrowded. Hygiene levels not good. Gel removal was harsh - left my nails feeling very weak and there’s still some glue residue on nail the bed. Value for money but not worth it. Won’t be back.
