the nail technician is very attentive, the shop manager is very flexible, i arrived 2hrs early and she made it available for me to do my nails without too much waiting. lots of nail color options too! will def go back again!

20mins late start to my appointment time which was disappointing. Then just got a biab infill it took 50mins which usually takes 30mins here. Not sure what happened this time
