When I booked the leg wax it said hot wax would be used, but in the salon she used strip wax, when I said that I had booked hot wax I was told this would cost more so just went with what she was doing. The quality of the waxing was maybe not as good as i'd hoped, as I was left with hair in all areas, especially my legs and underarms.
