They have a lot of polish options but even when I just ask for gel (which I’ve paid for on Treatwell) they always seem to end up giving me a different kind of gel or manicure and I end up having to pay more at the end which is frustrating.

I had a manicure on Friday and thought it was lovely. It’s now Tuesday and I have two chipped nails. Paying £38 for a manicure and having it chip within days is not good enough.
