Salon very busy and chaotic atmosphere. Staff all nice enough however still an underlying feeling of I comfortability. Was charged extra for take off when booking included shellac take off. Nail polish removed poorly and then started painting over the old nail polish - said pedicure was needed to fix this, paid extra for the pedicure for the entire pedicure to be completed within 15 minutes. BIAB is nice however French tips slightly uneven.
