I was welcomed by a very nice lady, but then 3 people changed in doing my removal while being busy doing other things and I ended up having to explain three times what I wanted. During manicure one finger started bleeding (which happens) but the technician kept speaking to her colleagues instead of speaking to me and put nail polish on the blood which is quite unhealthy as same polish it's used by all clients.

The main salo is noisy and busy but the treatment room was quiet and very clean
