I arrived on time for my appointment and waited half an hour. I was then told that the person before me arrived late and needs another hour to finish? I was asked to come back later. The receptionist was sweet and apologetic but it was incredibly inconvenient as I had paid for parking and would have to come back and pay again. Also, not ideal the day before a holiday. The wax itself was not great. Inexperience i think on her part. Won’t go back.
