This was the worst wax I have ever received. I have been getting waxes for years so know what to expect and was really upset by this treatment. I had to ask her to stop rather than finish the treatment as it was getting worse instead of better. If I had to guess I would say she has very little experience and has not been trained in waxing. Really disappointing.
