The ladies on the front desk were so friendly and welcoming when I first arrived - Tina saw me early for my appointment and was amazing. It was my first wax post giving birth and she was so understanding and went through everything with me. Have been getting waxed for a long time and this is by far the best, painless experience. 5*.
