I paid in full for my nail appointment online but when I finished my appointment, the technician would not let me leave unless I paid an additional £10 due to treatwell taking 35% from the booking which was absolutely ridiculous. I also asked for acrylics with black tips and have woken up today to see my tips are actually dark blue instead of black. Awful service
