Despite booking through the Treatwell app & even calling up to confirm, I was refused treatment on arrival. They apparently close 9pm so I booked a service at 8.30pm which is listed as 30mins. I turned up at 8.20 to give a bit of leeway but both ladies refused to take me on saying they have no time - despite me explaining I had booked/called. If you cannot commit to appointments, please do not let customers book. Thank God I chose “pay at salon option” otherwise I would have lost money too.
Awful absolutely awful. My nails are all different lengths. She was 15mins late doing my nails. The shop wasn’t even open when I arrived! 45mins appointment apparently as if! If I didn’t pay for shellac it would’ve been an hour and half! I actually want a refund
