I arrived and sat down the sink was dirty i was sat with my feet out why the girls sprayed cleaner everywhere to clean the sink.
I felt the therapist was distracted as she filed my toes down with a really harsh file that was painful while looking out the window or around the shop, my cuticles are then drilled over rather than a soak push down and cut considering it was a luxury pedicure, I also feel the nails weren't cured long enough, no towel was put over the hot flannels so was really cold

I was booked in with Mei, but after 20 minutes she was still busy. More information would have been welcome. I was disappointed, but Azi came to the rescue and did a great job of my nails.
