Manicurist was really professional, the manicure is immaculate and gorgeous - couldn’t be happier.
The lady doing the pedicure was obviously very new, in fact she told me her first shift had been the weekend before. She was not confident, she barely pushed my cuticles up and did no cuticle trimming, even after I asked her whether she wasn’t going to. Colour not fully applied on one big toe and spilling over on other toes, not tidied up afterwards. When it came to paying she was as confused about the high price as I was - the pedicure was not good value, could’ve done better myself. Really do sappointing as it was a last minute pre-holiday treat. Again, manicure is faultless but pedicurist needs more professional training - not fair to pay full price when someone is so obvs a trainee! You should have the option to see a trainee and pay less if you don’t mind being a guinea pig!
