I've visited few times now but the last visit was definitely disappointing. the girl that was doing my manicure got the previous gel off only by filling ( the result was to get my nail thinner than they typically are, and now I have a broken nail after just 2 days of my gel manicure that supposed to do the nails stronger), at the end of the treatment she applied the oil only by putting it on my skin, I had to finish off her job and rub it to be absorbed. at the end even if she didn't use any product to suck off the previous gel she charged me an extra £5 that I think it should be clear when you book here that is not included in the price, even if you are a returning customer.
