DO NOT GO HERE FOR A WAX. I'm sure this place is great for nails but it is TERRIBLE if you are looking to have anything else done. First of all the waxing lady just strolled into work 20 minutes late, and then had to wait for the wax to heat up, making me wait an additional 30 minutes, so a total of 50 minutes waiting.I expressed to her I was nervous and she made no effort to talk to me or make me feel better, she said the wac machine was broken so the wax wasn't hot enough, so the wax went terrible and she couldn't wax properly with cold wax and a broken machine. There are still large patches of hair left that she did not even attempt to remove. Hollywood wax means everything off but she didn't wax the bum or even try. She then proceeded to tell me about her private home business which uses better wax. The whole thing seamed fairly unprofessional and a waste of money.. I wouldn't have it done for free. All the hair is not removed, I was not made to feel at ease and I'm left with wax everywhere as the machine was broken.. just don't go here for a wax guys, find somewhere better
