Nice place and very lovely staff who make you feel comfortable and are friendly but disappointed with the wax, took 40 minutes and used roller wax which doesn’t work that well, left with half waxed legs so had to epilate once I was home.

Lashes were lifted, stingy experience and lashes were quite hard and stained with tint around the eyes when I left.
Lash Lift
been a few times before and it’s usually wonderful, however this time the lady made my cuticles bleed and filed my nails so carelessly that my fingers bled. One of my nails is lumpy and uneven and another has broken already despite only having them done a day ago. Very disappointed- usually my nails from here are stunning.
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
Arrived 10 minutes early, waited for 40 minutes. Ended up walking out. Not particularly happy. And some staff kept looking me up and down from the moment I sat down, making me feel uncomfortable. Very unlikely to return, think I’ll stick my usual from now on
