Decent wax but extremely rude waxer! Which is shame as I have been before and they have always been really nice 😭

I’ve used Treatwell a few times now and wouldn’t fault it, it’s a great service! Unfortunately I definitely would not recommend this salon. Getting intimate waxing is awkward at the best of times but this was painful - the beautician made me feel really awkward. I didn’t end up getting my eyebrows done as I didn’t trust her. The waxing was the sorest I have experienced and have now been left with red inflamed rashes two days after treatment. There are quite of few patches of hair that were missed but due to the bad experience I don’t want to go back to get them to finish what they missed. For waxing, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this salon.

My manicure was really relaxing, wax was done really quick too. All staff are really nice in there, definitely would recommend.

calming atmosphere with pleasant staff. the lash lift process and after care wasn't explained to me and a few if my lashes were bent or set wonky. other than that I was happy with the results :-)
