At first the lady who started doing my nails, was very friendly and nice but then the owner came in and she continued doing my nails. She had absolutely no manners! Very rude and in a rush. My nails look horrible as she did not file them well enough!! Also the place had no heating and it was very cold.

A great wax, the beautician talked me through all the types of wax and explained why some were better than others. It was fast and thorough.

When I arrived I was greeted by a very rude member of staff who just walked off. Another member of staff explain that my appointment will have to be moved to later in the day, as the member of staff was doing a friends wax instead of me. Coming back the same member of staff who was rude to me earlier was doing my nails. She was on her phone, didn’t complete the full description (no massage) and came across like she did not want to me there. I work really hard in order to treat myself and after this experience I know that Nail garden and Spa is somewhere I will not be going again.
