Pedicure was good, but it would have been £10 extra for gel polish which I hadn't realised. Quite a busy place but I didn't have to wait around at all and was offered a drink during my treatment. Staff were friendly but I was able to sit and read without feeling I was being rude! Not the most luxe of places but pretty good value for money.

Booked because they had an early appointment available on a Saturday at fairly short notice - never again. Worst Brazilian wax I’ve had. Staff were rude, asked me bluntly several times “have you booked” when I already told them my name and appointment time. When I got to the room I was told to keep on my underwear - never been asked to do that for a Brazilian before, they could have at least provided a paper thong like salons generally do for, say, a bikini wax. I could see the towel they had laid paper over was dirty and the curtains were covered with unsightly stains. It was a hot day and there was no pre-treatment for wiping down sweat and oil from my skin, one of the factors that ultimately made the wax itself shoddy. Being a hot wax I did expect it to be left to dry down as hard wax as is more effective for intimate waxing but soft strip wax was used. Instead of having after-wax applied for me after the uncomfortable experience (I know Brazilians are uncomfortable anyway but good service goes a long way to calm a client) I was told to stand up and then I was wordlessly handed a cotton pad covered with purple soap to do it myself. Was really stressed out by this whole experience, wouldn’t have even paid a tenner for that. I will be booking further ahead and going with my favoured salon next time
