Such a shame they every time I’m in, they seem to be running late, as the actual staff are lovely, I felt sorry for them that they were always having to apologise to waiting clients. My manicure last time was great, this time I think she put on one layer too many of the gel and so my manicure is quite thick, I’m not sure it will last very long. Loved the deluxe element and will definitely do that again. Overall I still rate the value, just recommend not going here in a rush when you need to get somewhere as you may be late!
