Hi this was my second visit to your salon . I absolutely loved my nails after the first visit. Unfortunately I came back to have my infill's done. The girl who prepped my nails filed them really short even though I said I only wanted them taken down a little bit and she filed nearly all the acrylic off. then the girl who did the infill's only put the acrylic at the top of the nail by the cuticle and not all over . this means the nails are really thin and as a result 2 have already broken. this is very disappointing as I am going on holiday in a few days .

Since seeing them advertised on treatwell, I haven’t been anywhere else for about 5 months. The service is great, the chairs are comfy and they have patience and skill.

It was my second time at the salon and I wasn’t very impressed with Grace, the girl who did the Hollywood Wax. It was Saturday evening and despite my booking was at 6 they started my treatment at 6.30. Grace seemed to be in a rush to leave and she could barely wait for the wax to dry, which caused quite a bit of pain during the treatment and a severe irritation the next couple of days. The owner is very nice and the salon is clean but I wasn’t impressed with Grace, who didn’t do a great job in my opinion. Not coming back.

At first the lady who started doing my nails, was very friendly and nice but then the owner came in and she continued doing my nails. She had absolutely no manners! Very rude and in a rush. My nails look horrible as she did not file them well enough!! Also the place had no heating and it was very cold.
