My appointment was half an hour late which was disappointing, but the lady who tinted my eyelashes made up for it. She apologised, and did a really good job. Is it possible to know her name? I would like her to do it again.

I was really looking forward to this treatment but left feeling very disappointed. I had booked a 1 hr luxury facial. It was neither 1hr nor luxury. The facial took place in a curtained off area so everything else that was going on could be heard. The lady who carried out the treatment was pleasant but it all felt very rushed. I questioned why the treatment was so short and was told that we had started early. Even if we had started early?? I was still dressed and standing in the reception area 15mins before my 1 hr session was supposed to have ended. I'm sure that this place is absolutely fine for manicures/pedicures etc but I would not recommend for facials.
I have been twice to have shellac nails done (fingers and toes) and they have lasted better than any ever before and were done perfectly. The staff are very nice, its relaxed and friendly. The wait can be a but long so booking is best. Its the 1st time my shellac nails have lasted a full 2 weeks and would have potentially lasted longer if they hadn't grown out.
