Staff were friendly and nice. Waxing was also good quality. I didn't have a rash or any skin irritation which is rare for me. I would have given five stars if I didn't have to wait for almost an hour. I didn't have an appointment and I was happy to wait but it would have been nice if someone told me that I needed to wait for so long. Appart from that I was happy with everything else.

Manicure was great and lasted very well. The salon is generally very good. In this one occasion they were running an hour behind with appointments however.
