Booked a Brazillian for £20. Hot wax was an extra £5 which I was happy to pay for but unfortunately the girl couldn't use it. She put it on, left it on too long so it was cold and then couldn't get it off. Lots of flicking up of the edges of it and slow excruciating yanking of it off. I asked her why she was doing it like that and she looked surprised- this was obviously her technique. The girl was very sweet but unfortunately should not have been waxing- it was the most painful wax I have ever received.

This is my second time at the salon, having a different treatment. The manicure was fantastic, the cuticles treatment was pain free and incredibly thorough and the varnish was applied perfectly. Exceptional value for money and one week later they are still perfect, with not a mark or chip on them. They also do really good quality nail art which I didn't know about before.
Gel Nails Manicure
The venue itself is lovely, new clean and fresh. The staff were friendly enough. I got waxed. They were running half hour late. I'd expect that if a venue was running that late, they'd offer me a drink. When I got home afterwards I realised how much they'd missed, patches of hairs all over my legs so was a little disappointed.
