Always very efficient although venue not as cared for as used to be. Staff very competent although not good at engaging with customers. Pedicure was done well.

I think they could go a bit softer when pushing back cuticles, and also the massage on my pedicure was pretty poor - it could have had more effort put in.
I tried using the massage chair and it didn’t seem to work so was quite uncomfortable to sit on. Overall was a good job besides the above.

Had booked a manicure and pedicure - should have been over an hour but the girls very cleverly did both at once so I was out early. Pedicure especially was very through.
