This salon feel like it has been half finished. No ambiance and very average pedicure experience. Had to ask the woman to add more coats as the varnish was old and streaky. Won’t be going back!

Great shellac manicure. Not the place for an indulgent experience - but for a great manicure in record time. Staff are efficient and conscientious. I'll be back!

After almost 2 weeks gel nails still look good, so pleased with actual manicure on the whole (nails a bit squarer than I’d wanted but I can live with that). But, I just found the lady doing my nails really unfriendly and rough with me, almost throwing my hands down when changing over. At one point I had to ask her to be more gentle when handling my hands and if she could actually smile and which she replied sorry. I don’t think she even said hello at the start. The other staff members were chatty and friendly, but not my lady. I felt really unwelcome. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but she warranted it. I won’t go back because of her lack of customer service. I suggest the management re-train her quickly otherwise they’ll lose more customers.
