The whole atmosphere was like a conveyor belt. getting people in and out. one of the other nail techs was consistently rude to customers telling one (seemingly regular customer) that he's busy and doesn't have time for this when she was discussing an issue with her nails. my own nails were very rushed. they soaked the gel but then used the drill to remove it and damaging my nails in the process. New gels are flooded at the cuticle and I can see my old colour through it in a few bits. Never again
