I booked all treatments specifically with Ariana, however she wasn’t there. I also booked specifically because I needed both my nails and my eyebrows done that day for an event and wasn’t told until well into my appointment that my brows couldn’t be done. Yenny did my finger nails and she was great- nothing to fault. Unfortunately my experience doing my toes was not positive to be honest. But I don’t want to be rude. Still awaiting my £5 refund please for the overpayment.
