The manicure was booked for my mother and paid through Treatwell. The booking was for a therapist Natasha that my mother already knew, but she was absent, and another one was doing a manicure.
Mother complained that the new therapist didn't even file her nails and didn't put a base coat under the nail polish, which is bad enough.
For fair reference, my mother was happy with manicures she had with the original therapist Natasha.
