Not impressed. The technician was rough with the nail drill, causing soreness; bent my fingers back forcefully & filed my finger pads! During the whole session he conversed with his colleagues and yet when I attempted communication about my manicure, he was dismissive. For speed, he placed the varnish dryer in the centre, meaning I had to twist awkwardly. While working on one hand he threw the sample nail display at me & rushed me to choose my colour! All in all an unpleasant 30 minutes!

Really good variety of colours available, and I had the gel manicure and pedicure at the same time which meant it was a very efficient experience. Gels have lasted really well so far on my nails.
