My overall experience was good, I am happy with my nails and would return. The staff however, could’ve been more friendly and approachable when I had some concerns/ questions over the design.

Biab is great quality but shape / polish is so dependant on who you get. The guy I had this time did a really dodgy French tip, very rushed
