My nails are beautiful but atmosphere was not too good, next to the guy who was doing my nails, it was the lady who was all the time touching him, making him to do not be focused

Overall shame. Pedicure was great, but nail extensions were very disappointing. Overall they look nice, but I pointed out to the nail tech that 4 of them slant left. When I asked him to correct it, he told me my hand is crooked. False, when I manually attempt to "straighten" them, they're still crooked. On top of that, he gave me paint options for my pre-paid appt, told me I used more expensive paint so charged extra at the end. Paid close to £100 for this so really annoying.

I wanted a pedicure with regular nail polish, however there is no option for this on the app, so I had to pay extra on arrival. The salon is very clean and newly refurbished. My technician was polite but he went at my nails/skin way too hard, digging painfully with the trimmers and very rough with the file. Few of my toes are still swollen and sore 3 days later. The big thumb nail is cracked in the corner and very painful, and he tried to hide this with the polish. Will not be coming back.
