It was a great experience. The varnish got scratched when I was putting on my shoes and they helped me fix it. Lovely staffs

The salon was overbooked and many of us were waiting past our booking time. The service felt rushed, very harsh use of tools that could potentially affect the strength of one's nails. They OVERcharge you £10 if you book on this platform. Quite disappointed

The treatment was fine but I was charged an extra £10 because I asked for gel…even though my reservation was for gel. I also left bleeding, which though not major, shouldn’t happen from an experienced nail tech.

Made me bleed a lot, and even after I left the shop and my finger was still bleeding and was hurting for 2 days. I know he didn’t mean to but it still shouldn’t of happened
