Heat lamp not placed on a low heat, which resulted in my nails feeling like they were burning under the lamp, I was told this is normal (it's not as I have had biab at other salons previously)
Kept waiting for 15 minutes after my booked time.

Ken started my manicure and Z finished. Her cuticle work, nail art, the shape, and how thin and natural she made the dip look was incredible. This is my favorite London salon. Owners Ken and Rachel are lovely. Do yourself a favor and come here!
