Treatment not completed by the person I was booked in with.
Heat lamp not placed on a low heat, which resulted in my nails feeling like they were burning under the lamp, I was told this is normal (it's not as I have had biab at other salons previously)
Kept waiting for 15 minutes after my booked time.
Biab has started lifting at the edges of my nails already - 5 days after application
