It was very efficient, but treatment for a pedicure said it was an hour, but was actually half an hour. The foot massage in the description was a shot tap on the foot and I still have hard skin not removed. Not what I thought I was paying for, but now my nails are painted.
Really nice service here, had a good experience! It's a bit more expensive than the 'cheapest' you could find in London, but with their loyalty card it should even out in price.
Booked quite last-minute and they were able to see me -- my pedicurist was very nice and friendly, and the pedicure itself is great. There's not much extra with the spa pedicure (though I did get a great if brief foot massage!), but it's lasting really well. The pedicure itself lasted about 30 minutes, and then they left me with my feet under the dryer for about 20, until I asked if I could go. So not above-and-beyond service or anything luxurious, but it's good for a lovely solid pedicure.
