What a disappointment, booked this with my friend to have a relaxing time and it was the opposite. First, they didn't know what we booked for, they didn't explain things properly and everything had a £3 extra charge (!), when we finally managed to sit we couldn't talk as the two "therapist" were shouting in chinese between them and another guy (I assume is the manager?). They done the job very quickly and without attention, and rushed us to sit somewhere else to get our nails dry. And then they rush back to the kitchen (yes, the door was open and we could see you eating) and forgot us there. After a long wait, I had to ask other therapist if we could leave... Rude staff that keeps speaking very loudly in other language between them, poorly managed and not very good quality as the next day I have 2 nails practically without nail polish. You can definetely find better place for the same price.
