I was pleased with my shape and varnish however the overall experience was disappointing. My appointment was for 10am and when I arrived the salon was shut with no staff. My appointment started late and then I felt my shape and varnish was rushed.

I came for a manicure and pedicure package. There were two hours booked in but one person worked on the hands and the other the feet which sped things up. However, it felt very rushed - especially on the hands where thick layers were painted on without letting the last one dry. This left a poor finish on the hands. I told them I was unhappy with the hands and they redid one nail but that left it with a big bubble. Another lady then came and took the time to fix all the fingers which was great. The staff were quite abrupt and only spoke between themselves. The lady doing my feet tapped me when she wanted me to put my feet in or out of the water. Overall the salon looked a bit dirty and rundown although the tools etc seemed clean. The nails did last about two weeks but the hard skin removal on the feet was not very effective as its still there.
