I was the last customer of the day and she was still so attentive and friendly. Will go again.

Was a very basic facial certainly not worth £60 (though discounted). Lasted 50 mins and not 1 hour. Therapist took two customer calls whilst she was treating me. She didn’t comment on the type of skin I had nor tell me what she was doing each time. She applied a face mask and then left the room for 15 mins (normally I’ve been given neck/ back massage whilst a mask is on).

Monika was lovely, however, the pedicure was awful. It all chipped within a few days which shouldn’t be happening with a shellac pedicure. The nail polish was applied very far from the cuticle.
