My nail appointment was with a new technician and while she was very friendly and careful with my nails, she was a little confused with my request for a French manicure. The final outcome wasn’t terrible but I wasn’t impressed given the price I paid. The shellac was layered on quite thickly and peeled off easily after two weeks. I have been to the salon before and had great experiences. Perhaps for less experienced technicians, they can offer cheaper prices while they get more experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. Rude staff. Everything is horrifically dirty. Cold water for the pedicure. Wet towels. The opposite of relaxing. Will never be back here
