Staff member was kind, conversational, and informative.
Full body massage paid for, but only received back and shoulders. Strange fusty smell in the room, like it had been cleaned with a dirty cloth. Generally not a good massage- more pushing skin around than targeting knots. Visibly dirty floor.

The girls who done my nails were very polite and had excellent customer skills. The manager was also helpful
