The staff is really lovely but I don’t think they are trained enough for nail extensions of any kind, even though the lady that did my nails was very nice and polite my nails at the end were a mess, incorrectly shaped, not the same lengths and were hardly polished/shiny. I paid for nail art too and no nail art was done. Would not recommend the place for extensions and won’t be returning.
Jaas is my go to person and my favorite technician she always makes me feel welcome and helps me with colour options and with designs.
