Pros: The brow lamination work beautifully and didn't damage my skin/brows at all. The staff were friendly.
Cons: The tint took a bit longer than expected as my eyebrows are very sparse and pale. The colour didn't take very well towards the nose bridge, but this is expected with my skin and eyebrows.
Overall a great treatment!

I was very shocked at my experience today. First off the room was incredibly hot so poking around my eyes to get the tape on for 5 minutes made them puff. This was sorted. Fantastic carry on. But then the cd started skipping and I was not feeling particularly relaxed. Shortly after a colleague came into the room and sat down to have a chat with the technician. I did not consent to another person in the room. And when my eyes are closed and taped up I felt incredibly vulnerable and uncomfortable. My personal belongings were in the room and I had no idea who the addition was. From there I was only tense, anxious and agitated. I became incredibly dehydrated and asked for some water. Asking if my technician wanted some soup was more important than water for me according to the behaviour of the other beauticians, But I did finally get a cup. As I have been getting my lashes done for years I knew not to open my eyes as the glue may sting. I asked for assistance and one lady said it was fine to open my eyes whilst the other corrected her. This did not help my anxiety and I asked to try and finish as soon as possible as I really wanted to leave. The lashes them selves are not great but I understand if the previous points had made me wriggle of blink more than average. Overall the experience is not one I want to experience again. It was not relaxing, professional, and I wonder how much training has been had.
