Staff were lovely and accommodating and I love the set I got, however the wait time to be seen was a little long.

Took my sis for a ombré set, I had to inform the nail tech a few times that the nails she thought she was done with weren't evenly ombré she tried to fix but it still wasn't even on two fingers. She made the cuticle bleed, wasn't alarming but gave lots of discomfort for a week when washing and sanitizing hand.
As my sis wanted a tiny design I was about to be charged £10 for it but asked to have it free due to the reasons above. They were upset but agreed. Also language barrier caused other issu
