The nails look beautiful, but the lady did cut my skin whilst filing the corners of my nails. The staff spoke in a different language through most of the service. I paid in full on Treatwell but was charged an extra £7 afterwards for getting colour?

Sophie was swift - I needed to be out w/in the hour and she had me done w/ time to spare, and professional - I wanted a plain soft white set and she suggested I get acrylic, rather than gel polish (best decision ever as my nails looked more natural and the process was quicker). Definitely recommend ^_^

My appointment was at 10.30am. I tried calling a few times as the shutters were down. A few staff members were waiting 10 mins later and the salon was eventually open. I explained I wanted ombré nails following a design I had on my phone. I was initially quoted £52, until I mentioned the price is £40 online. There was a bit of miscommunication in that I wanted to keep my natural nails, the therapist cut these down. The overall look is nice, but more grey than blue/black. Only accept cash too.

It all felt rushed which caused issues and then the whole thing took longer, manicure didn't last long. No car payment facility

They fixed the mess that was left by another nail salon. The lady who did my infill, listened to what I wanted. Currently happy, will go back again for infills.
