I was not at all happy with the service I received for my manicure and pedicure. Upon booking, there was no description of the express mani & pedi service, which in this case I think there absolutely should’ve been to prepare yourself of the service (or lack there of) that you were going to receive. My experience was this:1) I was taken to a cold back room with just a table. 2) My feet or hands weren’t soaked in any water to soften my cuticles for trimming. 3) My cuticles weren’t even cut at all, during both my manicure or my pedicure. 4) There wasn’t a stool or anything to rest my foot on. I literally had my foot on the technicians leg. 5) My nails started chipping later on in the evening because the technician put a gel final coat over regular polish, which clearly shouldn’t have been done as they are not the same type polish. Therefore, the chipping happened immediately and now I am left with atrociously chipped nails so soon after.
I honestly feel like I wasted my money entirely and truly wish I went to a salon not featured on Treatwell and paid double the price because at the end of the day, it’s the quality that matters and this experience completely missed that mark.
