Horrendous experience, did not get my nails finished as the overall technique/application was awful, my nails were all different widths and lengths,asked the lady a few times to correct them, I was told this is normal, my cuticles were flooded with acrylic and the acrylic application was uneven on most nails, I told the lady they can keep the £28 deposit but I wanted to leave as I was really unhappy and uncomfortable, the 3 of the staff surrounded me and kept going at me how this is normal.
