I felt very welcome on arrival and was seen immediately. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. I had a full body massage and felt amazing afterwards. It felt very professional and I was made to feel warm and comfortable. There were some lovely ambient sounds and fragrances which really indulged the senses. A wonderful experience, can’t wait to go back!
