The staff do not know what they're doing. Don't wear gloves and are very very young. I came in with a very simple nail art and asked if that would be ok and was told that was fine. What I left with looks like it had been done by a child. The technicians are not too blame at all here as they were so young and clearly lacking experience should never have been left alone with no management around. I even emailed to try and get a response and refund for the travesty that is my nails but no response

Booked in with Maria but she wasn’t working. Arrived for my 11:15 appt on time to find they had just started someone else - a walk in. Had to wait 45 mins. The lady who then did my nails managed to file my cuticles so I’ve had scabs on my fingers for a week :( probably wouldn’t go back unless I knew Maria was definitely working that day.
