I booked a 45 min haircut and blow dry, but after 90 mins only my hair was washed and cut. They asked for another 30 minutes for the blow dry, but I had to leave with wet hair and was still charged full price. Poor time management and communication

My massage started 15 minutes late and ended after 45 minutes, I’d paid for 1 hour. No door on the room just a curtain so all the noise/ shouting parent to child/kid messing about was loud. the masseuses phone rang and her having a Conversation on it. The bed was very uncomfortable and instead of one large towel to cover myself I had 3 small hand towels. Felt like I was being tickled the whole time. I was very uncomfortable with the whole thing and left feeling more tense than I went in with.
